Minesh Patel has been a member of the Indo US Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2002. He is also the immediate past Vice-Chairman. Currently, he is Vice-President and CEO of PBP International, Inc., which is a consultant group to an industrial organization based in Africa. This group is involved in steel and cement manufacturing and specializes in taking over "troubled projects" and turning them around. He is also a Director of this group, and is the liaison with the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group. Additionally, Mr. Patel is also a partner with Impact Properties, a hotel property developer, based in Tampa. Mr. Patel holds a B.Sc. in Pharmacy and was previously involved in owning and operating several pharmacies in New Jersey. Mr. Patel was a founding trustee for the India Cultural Center in Tampa. He is past president of the Tampa West Rotary Club and was a Rotary International GSE Ambassador to India. Presently also serves as Board member of the World Trade Center-Tampa Bay. He has been a Tampa resident since 1994.
